Simulation prédictive de la Marche et du bénéfice fonctionnel Post Chirurgical dans la Paralysie Cérébrale

Ce projet, initié en 2013, a pour objectif de simuler l’effet de la chirurgie sur la marche des enfants atteints de paralysie cérébrale.
Innovante, son approche multidisciplinaire couplant biomécanique, robotique et machine learning donne des résultats très prometteurs.
Les deux thèses de doctorat, impliquant trois universités, plusieurs partenaires chirurgicaux et soutenues par la Fondation Bettencourt Schueller, l’ANRT et la région Ile de France, ont été productives.

Le projet se poursuit actuellement sur son versant Machine Learning à la faveur d’une collaboration avec le Gillette Children Hospital, Minnesota, USA.
